An indictment against Christopher Goodin, 33, was brought in federal court this week. Goodin's alleged victim is a child in Utah. The Elyria resident is also accused of other child pornography crimes, the Department of Justice said. The FBI led the investigation into Goodin. The bureau said he posed as a year-old girl, under the screen name "Shorty" on the chat app Kik. He then befriended the Utah girl and confided in her that "Shorty" was being bullied by an older man, court documents said. Goodin also posed as the abusive older man, under the screen name "Sambamo1. The victim did just that, court documents said. The Utah girl eventually told her mother what had happened.
